Dry Needling Certified Doctor of PT Talk to a Specialist

What It Is

Trigger-point relief, from a certified provider.

Dry needling is a skilled technique used by physical therapists to treat muscle pain and movement impairments. It involves inserting thin, sterile needles into trigger points: tight or knotted areas in the muscle, to release tension, improve blood flow, reduce pain, and improve mobility.

Dr. Andrew holds Dry Needling certifications (Levels 1 and 2) from his Doctorate of Physical Therapy training at Regis University. Dry needling is often used alongside other physical therapy treatments to restore function, enhance mobility, and support faster recovery, all delivered one-on-one in your home, workplace, or gym.

Questions, Answered

Dry needling, no mystery.

It’s brief and localized: most people feel a quick twitch, then a wave of relief in that muscle. And it’s always optional; we’ll never spring it on you without explaining it first.

No. Dr. Andrew uses it when it fits your specific goals, alongside movement-based treatment, not as a standalone default.
