Understanding Concussion

When symptoms fade, recovery isn’t always finished.

Concussion rehabilitation is a specialized program designed to help you recover safely and effectively after a concussion or mild traumatic brain injury (mTBI). Even after initial symptoms fade, many people continue to have difficulty with balance, vision, coordination, concentration, or headaches, which affects daily function and quality of life.

Our approach is evidence-based and personalized to your specific symptoms and goals. We work with your other healthcare providers as needed, so your recovery is safe and comprehensive. Whether you’re an athlete, a student, or an adult recovering from a fall or accident, we guide you through a structured progression.
