What It Is

Keep moving, together, from home.

Join our specialized virtual group exercise classes designed to improve mobility, balance, and confidence for individuals with Parkinson’s disease. Each class integrates PWR!Moves®, a research-based exercise approach that targets the specific motor symptoms of Parkinson’s.

Led by experienced professionals in a supportive environment, the program promotes functional movement, strength, and community connection to help you stay active and independent. Classes are streamed live every Wednesday and added to the on-demand class bank.
